Initial Consultation and Evaluation

When you book an Initial Consultation with the Two bears team, a team member will meet with you one-on-one to identify potential needs for the company and develop a general plan to move forward. The Initial Consultation can be in-person or via telephone or an online meeting program and can last up to 2 hours at the price indicated.

The Initial Consultation allows the Two Bears team to assess if our services will be the right fit for you and your team within the timeframe needed.

All-Hands Roundtable (with Policy review)

Exclusive forum where employees and management can share experiences and insights with the Two Bears team regarding current policies and procedures to help identify any pitfalls or gaps that should be addressed. Employees and management can attend 1 single-session that can last up to 3 hours -or- employees and management can meet in their respective group with the Two Bears team for up to 2 hours each meeting.

Two Bears will deliver a comprehensive report detailing the meeting(s) that highlights the key concerns and possible pitfalls or gaps that should be addressed.

Policy & Procedure Review

Personalized guidance that sharpens decisions and accelerates leadership review of current policies and procedures. Can include a meeting up to 2 hours to review current policies, procedures, and possible specific concerns, if requested.

Two Bears will deliver a comprehensive report that highlights the key concerns and possible pitfalls or gaps that should be addressed based on the meeting (if had) and documents provided.
